Hello can anyone help i keep getting the following error when updating BIOS "HP BIOS and System Firmware (U70/U71/U76) (Failure Code: 0) "

Hello.

 

The BIOS update should have created a c:\swsetup\sp154344 folder and therein should be hpfirmwareupdrec.log file. Attach it in your reply and we'll have a look.
