I have two questions regarding battery issues:

.

.

1) My laptop battery drains ~3% per day when powered off and power not plugged in. I've been using many HP laptops and this is the first time seeing this issue. How can this be solved?

.

.

2) My battery has 14 cycle counts during 6 months and capacity already dropped to 94%. Sounds a lot. Is this normal?

.

.

I've updated all drivers, bios and software through Windows Update and HP Support Assistant. Also tried the hard power off tutorial on HP site. I've also used HP Power Manager to set battery mode to "Maximize my battery" but this did not solve the drain either.

Battery info from HP Support Assistant app:

Warranty Type: 3
Cycle count: 14 / 1000
Manufacturer: 333-17-25-A

Design Capacity: 76 WHr
Full Charge Capacity: 71 WHr (94%)
Remaining Capacity: 61 WHr

This is still an issue. Battery drains few % per night when it is powered off. Any suggestions on a solution is appreciated.
