Dear, please help,
I have new HP ZBook 17 G6 under warranty and my battery is not able to stay alive on shut down laptop for two days (not working). After the weekend I need to plug it and charge for 15 min before startup.
It seems that battery defects and using power internally.
As my warranty is active for a 24month more and I can't find a way how to declare officially this problem to the HP and request for a new battery.

The HP Support Assistant tool has a battery check tool (only available in that tool) that will query the battery electronics and help determine if there are battery cell problems and could be used to get a warranty replacement should it show failures
