I have purchased it on 2nd May 2023. Since then I am noticing that, once this laptop get 100% charged still then the battery indicator light remains on until I unplugged it. That's why can't understand whether it fully charged or not. I turn it on to check if it is fully charged.
Is this a battery issue?
I have another hp laptop which is working fine and it's the battery indicator light turns off automatically when it is fully charged.
pls resolve my issue.
