Hello,


The battery of my Elitebook 840 G11 icon stays as if it was plugged when not.
It doesn't charge when plugged either.

HP diag tool got me this through a qr code : Q0EHVV-CPLCSR-MFGJLJ-C71B13

 


I've got no idea what to do

Welp the battery died, laptop shutoff. I replugged it when it was turned off and restarting 40 minutes later got it on again with everything working as it should.
