Product: HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Since I got this Zbook g7 a year ago. I tried to get biometrics working on the stock windows 10 OS that came  with the laptop but failed. I upgraded to windows 11 and still can't get it to work. 

When I check device manager I cannot find biometric device added however I downloaded the driver from Hp website. also the webcam works fine however it cannot be used by windows hello for facial recognition states "we couldn't find a camera compatible with windows hello face"

I updated the OS and drivers to the latest and can't use fingerprint or face recognition.
