Product: HP EliteBook 850 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have one that i put the incorrect password in (because I don't know the password) a few times until it says press F7 for HP Sparekey Recovery.  I press F7 then chose enter Bios Password and it gives me the message HP SpareKey Recovery not Enrolled.  Select OK to restart the system.  I select OK, system restarts then I am back to were I can enter a password.   What would be my next step?
