HP EliteBook x360 1040 G6 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, After updating the bios to version 1.20.20 the HP EliteBook X360 1040 G6 laptop PC IDS Base Model won't boot. The update was made from Windows 11 by an application downloaded from the HP center. I saw that the program made a backup during this process. The update process starts in a loop. It displays the last step with the update and does not go any further to Windows 11. It is impossible to interrupt this and turn off the laptop. Regards,
