Hello.
I have an issue on my laptop HP 255 G10 R3 7330U 15.6i 16/512GB. Yasterday it worked completely fine and when i finished to work on it i just put it on sleep. Today when i wanted to turn it on it showed me a blue page - BitLocker. It demands a key to enter in computer, but when i open microsoft account (personal and school) there is no key for my computer. I dont know what to do. I have a lot of important informations and files on this computer i dont wanna lose.

Unfortunately, no one will be able to help you with obtaining a Bitlocker recovery key.

 

If you did not print out and save the key, or export it to your Microsoft account, your files cannot be recovered.

 

No one from HP, Microsoft, or any other entity has a Bitlocker recovery key for your PC.

If you did not print out and save the key, or export it to your Microsoft account, your files cannot be recovered.

 

No one from HP, Microsoft, or any other entity has a Bitlocker recovery key for your PC.
