Hello,

We are a company that employs more than 500 users, and we are in the process of replacing our Lenovo equipment with a fully HP workplace. We have chosen the HP EliteBook 830 G10 and E27mG4 monitors. The problem we're having is that we can't wake up or turn on the PC if it's awake or switched off. So to get around the problem we've added a USB-C G5 docking station but we're having a big problem with a black screen for a few seconds.
1st question: is it possible to use the integrated docking station in an optimal way (to be able to start or wake up the PC).
2nd question: is there a solution for this black screen problem?
