Product: HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (1W9Z6AV)
Operating System: Linux

My laptop has been booting to a black screen for the past 3 weeks and I've been unable to work unless I use an external monitor. I don't know what happened to it because it has no cracks and it's still in perfect condition, last time it worked I left it plugged into a charger and I locked it then left for lunch only to come back to a black screen 1 hour later
