Hp probook 650 g1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I startup my laptop, it sends me to a blue screen with a frowning face that's says Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED and it counts from 0% to 100% going by 20%'s to start a repair sequence on my computer that never works. When that finishes, it sends me to another blue screen that gives me the option to restart or " Advanced options" I click advanced options and it pulls up another screen that gives me some different ways to fix this issue and none of them work. Example: I try to System Restore to an earlier Point and it won't let me restore due to my Local Disk (C:) saying "You must always restore the drive that contains Windows. Restoring other drives is optional."

Im not sure what to do I've tried so many methods I need further assistance.

How do I fix this issue?
