I don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem, but my laptop while connected to a monitor regularly blue screens when resuming Netflix on Microsoft Edge. I have reinstalled NVIDIA drivers etc. I don't think it is a hardware/HP problem as it has been reported by users with brand new hardware elsewhere on the internet. A video driver error is reported before each crash. If there is a work-around I would be happy to know. Thanks.
