Elite X2 G4 and HP USB-C Dock G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good afternoon

We have an issue with an X2 not booting when connected to the Dock G5. The message that appears is...

'Failed to Set MokListRT: Not Found'

Anyone have any ideas what the solution may be?

Thanks in advance. Nigel

Thanks for the assistance... I seem to have resolved it now!

It appears to have been down to either Chipset drivers or Video Drivers. I installed all that were available and the problem has gone, so happy days!

Thanks again.

Hello

next Monday I should be in office , but I'm so busy that probably I will forget to try with my brand new X2 G4 and Dock G5.

OS is still HP presinstalled, I don't know if it's 1809 or 1903.

I hope to remember to try it.

bye
