Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
when I’m booting my pc it’ll just go blank with only the Cap lock light on blinking once in a while and holding the power button for few seconds is not working too I don’t know what the problem is and the solution to this.
Did it once but after few hours maybe the battery ran out of power so I had to charge it and on it back and my battery is inbuilt so it cannot be removed

Remove cover, use air duster to clean system. Remove memory, wipe memory contact pins with q-tip and put back in.
