I bout 5 9010 printers and they are junk I have used hp in my office for at least 30 years I use to replace them every year but 5 years ago I bought the black printer it was great but after 5 years I replaced last year with 5 new 9010 printers
they are not the quality of all my other printers they are junk
drawer to paper it will not release to put in paper gets jammed in printer you printing and the ink cartridge pop out I bought 100 printers over years I been in business this the first ones that i concerned being the worths printers ever made I also have 8030 it’s doing the same I paid 300 a piece I small business
5 printers that does not work we spend more time fixing the printers than we print I like to exchange the 5 printers for ones that work correctly.
