The seller didn't know or wouldn't give me the logon details for the company or school this laptop I bought came from.

I reformatted the hard drive with another Windows 11 Prof USB. But it still ends up asking for the company or school it was allocated to. How do I get rid of that please?

He/she may NOT an employee for THAT organization any more. Worse case, machine may come from illegal source. I would return the machine and get full money kack

Regards.

Sounds like the device is still tied to its old organization’s management system. I ran into something similar with my school laptop when using Flipgrid, and resetting alone didn’t solve it until IT fully removed it from their system. You might need to check with the seller or original admin.

I ended up returning the laptop and getting a refund from eBay. Sadly, I had to see a computer place which could help and cost me money.

Thanks for your help Guys.
