Hi,

 

I also have the same issue of overheating along with the right speaker sound issue. The right speaker has much lower volume output then the left one and despite all debugging and re-imaging of the system multiple times on the advise of the HP support care, the issue persists.

 

I will also need a replacement for the same.

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
