For those who are facing the problem with the hot key for brightness. here is the solution.  just install the link below.

did you install the latest Hotkeys softpaq? Run HP Image Assistant and update the BIOS and drivers + software

issue solved.  installed the lastest hotkey support update. 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91903.exe

 

this fn update is not avail under Elitebook x360 1032 Software and driver page.
