I recently used a USB drive to factory reset my probook that I recently bought. However upon the installation it is now asking me for the administrative login which I do not have.
The previous owners still won't reply to my messages and im wondering how I can bypass the admin pass in order to gain access to the system?
Please help.. this has been a week long battle.

If your Windows is asking for password after installation, something went wrong and the computer was not factory reset.
Please try again. If you have a working Windows installation USB drive, boot your computer with it and follow the instructions. If the data on the hard drive is important, back it up first. Select each partition and delete them when the setup asks where you want to install Windows. This will ensure the drive is empty. You will end up with "Drive 0 Unallocated Space" (number may vary) which means Windows will partition the disk automatically for you. Just press Next and continue with the installation.
If your laptop was bought from a company that enrolled the computer in Autopilot, and after installation Windows asks to sign up for work or school with the company name on the login window, there is very little that you can do except contact the original company IT and ask them to remove the computer from their MDM portal.
