CAN I HAVE SOME HELP

my laptop screen is broke and i need some photos off it so how do i connect it to my tv useing a HDMI lead when the screen is broken and i can't see anything on it

Unknown computer might work with TV monitor.

Not sure if the boot sequence will be able to see the TV screen for startup.

Not my specialty.
