HP Recommended
My Z2 G4 workstation has not power-on since September 8th, today is the 15th. Numerous letters between myself and Maria Murillo proved to be fruitless. The requirements kept changing from letter to letter. I was first asked for my credit card number and I sent this information to ROPS on the form you provided to me; purchase only order so this didn't work. Then I was sent a purchase order number that I would use along with my case number, amount, signed in a .pdf as Maria requested; this didn't work. Now it has changed again to using Strep. I called HP technical support and they said someone from Strep would call me and take my credit card number, no one ever did.
Enough frustration for one person. Because of your ROPS mismanagement I have given up and disposed of the computer. Furthermore, I will never, ever purchase another HP product and will file a formal complaint against your division.
