Hello, I updated the bios and different information disappeared from my mother board, I tried to rewrite them but with no succes, i haven't been able to unlock mpm so the program could work, I sent message to customer support about it but with no response, at start I lose 2 seconds at every boot, I want it sorted it out
The information missing is system board, product name, product serial number, product SKU, product family, system board CT.
I like my laptop, I don't want to thrash it just for this
What can I do?

Hello.
Your BIOS has somehow lost the identifying data.
You will need to create a bootable USB drive with DOS in it with the HP proprietary tool. Try these instructions from 10 years ago. The bootable DOS stick can be created rather easily with Rufus. Good luck!
