CONVERT HAND WRITING TO WORDS

I am using HP Spectre and want to convert hand written notes to words. How should I do it.

If you have a supported mobile device, the options might be even better.  The mobile device platform industry thrives on applications that are useful to students and professionals - those who might take notes using one method and need to convert the content to another format.

Some (many?) options are not free - that is, you must purchase the software.
