Camera not found on HP ZBook Firefly 15 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC s/n:[edited] (0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached> or Black Screen)

I have with my laptop camera; the driver disappeared on Device manager then i tried to install it.  I also found a latest software drive for the camera on HP website and installed it but the issue still.

Appreciate ! you have already tried a few steps in order to resolve the issue as below :

 -driver disappeared on Device manager then i tried to install it. 

 -I also found a latest software drive for the camera on HP website and installed it but the issue still. 

Kindly review the instructions as below :

- check for any specific errors that appear while attempting to use webcam

- Were there any recent windows or drivers update on the device

- enable if blocked any privacy shutter or privacy settings for the webcam
- try testing the webcam on various platforms including default camera
- check in device manager if there were any errors with driver , reinstall the drivers
- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis -
