Product: HP 820 G2 EliteBook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Have issue getting the inbuilt camera to work on a HP 820 G2 EliteBook. I have installed the Universal camera driver sp92491.exe but it is still not working. In device manager there are two errors
1 Sensors - Microsoft Visual Studio Location Simulator Sensor - Class GUID {5175d334-c371-4806-b3ba-71fd53c9258d}
2. USB controllers - unknown USB device - Class GUID {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000}
there is no camera section - have tried rescanning
it used to work then I upgraded to windows 10 and not worked since.
thanks for any help
