Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I open the camera, it turns black and when I capture a picture, the saved picture is black. I do not have a slider or Fn key for the camera, I use the app "take a photo" key, I have checked privacy and enabled ALL  app access. I have a EliteBook 850 laptop. What is the problem?

See if the camera works in the UEFI diagnostics.  if it works then the problem is windows.

 

Try this camera driver.  It is for the EliteBOok 850 G7

 

I had to guess the g7
