Can i plug 32gb ddr4 3200 mhz to one slot with 16 gb ddr4 2400mhz ram in the other slot of Hp 645 g4
Even if maximun supported ram storage is 32gb , & what will happen if i do so

You can try it.
It probably won't work but it shouldn't hurt anything if you try it, since the notebook doesn't support 2 x 32 GB of memory.
If it doesn't work, remove the 32 GB memory chip and the notebook should work again.
If it works with 48 GB, consider it your lucky day.

Hello.
Your Ryzen CPU seems to support only total of 32GB DDR4-2400MHz memory, so the computer will either
- not power up properly with error beeps or codes;
- use 32 GB of memory and will never address the remaining 16GB;
- work unpredictably.
The DDR4-3200 module will work in slower 2400 speed, that is not an issue.
In any case, you can try the memory combination. At worst case you will need to remove one either memory module to make the laptop boot again.
I recommend running extensive memory test even if the system seems to work properly.
