After my Elitebook 830 G5 upgrade bios to Q78 version 01.16.00 Rev.A, I can not use my USB-C power adapter to charge my 830 G5!

Old version bios (Q78 version 01.15.00 Rev.A) is ok for charging.

I would try to update an 830 G5 to latest BIOS and see if it happens to me to.

Hello

 

I updated BIOS to latest 01.16 and USB-C Power supply work fine.

 

check in Device Manager if you have some devices with error
