After running HP Cloud Recovery and download progress to about 80%, Cloud Recovery window show "Image integrity(completeness) is being verified" and then the Cloud Recovery software automatically quit! Yes, Just quit!! The USB stick content is still empty after checking.
Don't know why? How can I solve it? How can I create recovery USB stick?

Hi,
Have you tried with a different USB drive?
The USB is a 32 GB USB drive?
You could also create a USB drive with Windows 10 on it directly from Microsoft and then use it to perform a clean install of the OS.
https://www.microsoft.com/zh-tw/software-download/windows10
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You can then go into settings and completely update the machine and Windows should find the necessary drivers. Any missing drivers or any HP software you need you can then find here

Hope it helps,

Yeah, have tried different size(32G, 64G) of different brand USB stick. Same condition happened again, again and again.
Give up to download from Cloud Recovery and I will try MS Win10 download site to create USB install drive.
Thanks anyway!

You're welcome.
Personally, I never usually use cloud recovery and prefer the latest version from Microsoft. It also gives you more choice on what software is automatically installed on the PC.
Take care,
David
