Product: Probook 440
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! How can I set-up my fingerprint? I install the biometrics but can not find in Device Manager. I appreciate your help.

Hello

 

Probook 440 exists is 7 generations, from G1 to G7. all of them are different.

Finger print is on option so it could be thta is not installed in your Probook 440.

 

check in BIOS setup if you have a FingerPrint in list of device that you can enable and disable. if you don't find it, probably it's not installed.
