Microsoft Windows 11

I just got a new HP Zbook Studio 16 G9 from my company, and trying to charge it with my Baseus Gan3 Pro 100W. I can confirm the port and the cable is working fine. The charger supports 100w charging (20v/5A) via PD 3.0. However nothing happens when I plug the cable to the right USB-C port. Not even a warning, just nothing.

Is there any option that I can turn on/off for enable the charging? Or just my computer is faulty?

Hi Delta,

May I know if left USB-C both works?

I got one Studio 16 G10 and HP usb-c adapter which supports 20V/5A to check if it's able to charge.

It seems only two left USB-C port supports charge in.

Unfortunately none of usb c ports shows anything when I try to plug in. Also I believe the two left ports are for charging other devices (by the laptop), not charging the laptop itself?
