HP Recommended

I have spent over 2 + hours trying to cancel a subscription.   I got the run around to the wrong departments just trying to cancel a subscription on the same day I purchased it.  HP found me a better option for my desktop which was the reason to cancel this other subscription.  Service is terrible.
