I just bought 19 HP Probook 450 G9 laptops...

They come with Wrong start warranty date and end date i tried to " Dispute Warranty" but i surprised that is no option to do th

... knowing that I bought them directly from Amazon itself

this is normal the warranty date start from the factory their have no clue to know when you bought the pc, that why you have the registration process else you can with a proof of purchase from an authorized reseller have them reset to the invoice date just open a support case with the required information, HP will have them reset within 24 hours usually

There is no possibility to modify the date of purchase

There is no possibility to contact HP on the product page

The option to do this is not available on the Warranty check page with " dispute warranty "

No its not online you need to contact HP in order to have this done you can`t do it yourself as i said open a support ticket and submit your information to HP support HP rep will guide you trough the process.

 

either way in the event you need a warranty services its the invoice date that count not the start date from the website as long as you bought them from an authorized re-saler. but NO you can`t change this yourself and there no easy way you have to communicate with the HP support
