Elitebook x360 1030 g2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot charge my HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 (Product X3U21AV) using the HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock (Product  841830-001)

When attaching the thunderbolt port to the laptop, all attached devices are working fine (mouse, keyboard, display), but I cannot charge my notebook,

I am using a 90W power adapter for the docking station, but the laptop does not charge.

The computer recognises that the unit is attached. Power Mode says "Self Power".  Is this the issue?

Please can you help/advise how to resolve this. Thanks

Your configuration of laptop and dock is fully supported... first thing i would do is make sure the BIOS and drivers are up to date... run HP Image Assistant (www.hp.com/go/clientmanagement) and update BIOS and all drivers and software it suggests
