Just bought an Elitebook 840 G5 business laptop, I'm trying to setup the HP Sure Recover within the HP Client Security dashboard and when I click on submit it asks me to "Provide a PIN to configure HP Sure Recover" after the PIN code input I click on submit again and an error window appears with the following message:
"PIN verification failed. Critical HP Sure Recover configuration data has been cleard due to system changes. You need to reconfigure HP Sure Recover.
Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Are you trying to create the process to set up your own image? HP Sure Recover, by default, will allow you to connect directly to HP.COM (when pressing F11) and download and install a new HP OEM image on the system... To enable Sure Recover for your own image is much more complicated as you will have to have a local server for the laptop to connect to internally and there are some specific requirements and steps to make this happen - not trivial
