Product: HP Zbook 17 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a function row of keys above number which work when pressed together with fn key. All the keys work except the brightness key. It doesn't change screen brightness on screen with or without pressing fn key. A pop up shows to download some exe file but the link doesn't exist. 

The link is ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe 

Kindly help me!!

if you install the HP support assistant software, it will install the HP software framework software.

 

This package provides HP Support Assistant for supported computer models that are using a supported operating system. HP Support Assistant allows HP customers to discover, maintain, and troubleshoot their computer systems, and also allows customers to contact HP to receive assistance.
