Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4D3X4AV)

I started to do the set up and now get to the 365 windows organisation work study log in, it is asking for Authenticator number, saying to get from Mobile device.  (nobody in the office is getting one).

 

I am trying to select the choose a different verification option and nothing happens,  Click next and nothing happens,

 

Trying to get out to start again, turned off but still comes up with the same screen. Cannot get away from it or start again.
