I have tried several times to reinstall Sure Sense.  Is there a solution?

I am 99.9 % sure that Sure Sense is not supported on Elitebook generation 3. For this to work, it must be supported by the hardware and the BIOS.

 

 

You may consider purchasing a newer generation Elite device, G7 or G8 to have SureSense >> https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06978058
