Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Model: 15-ep1020ca UHD . Power button and wireless mouse are working, but not the keyboard. Therefore, cannot set up this laptop.  Please help.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would need a few more details. 

 

Since you mentioned that, its initial setup and keyboard not working. Are you getting any errors or are you using any external keyboard?

Is the entire keyboard not working or any particular keys? Let me know.
