It has been a few months since I needed to warranty a computer for my company. When I signed in, everything looked completely different. I can get to the warranty page but it will not allow me to submit because it is not allowing me to enter information into certain "necessary" fields. I tried updating my profile to enter certain fields such as phone and address, and it will not let me access it their either. Now when I try to get help I keep getting sent to "Help yourself" pages. I need help with my account so I can help the business I work for continue to operate smoothly. Is there not a direct email/contact for support like this?
