Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My ZBook is not charging from the Thunderbolt Dock. All the advice says to adjust settings in BIOS>Advanced. Problem: I do not have an Advanced tab in BIOS. I have four tabs, none say advanced.

which zbook are you asking about? also, Microsoft does not support (to my knowledge) windows 10/32 bits on platforms with 64-bit processors. you may want to reimage the system to windows 10/x64
