Caps lock and power lights constantly on, no power to laptop

I have a 450G7 that won't power on with the caps lock and power are showing a white light thats constantly on even when the laptop is unplugged from the mains. 

Here are some of the things I've done so far: 

Removed battery and CMOS battery and done a 20 second power drain

Tried starting up without the battery in place to run off the plug 

Re-sat the RAM and tried an alternative stick of RAM

Re-sat the SSD and tried an alternative SSD

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If i were you i would call HP if you have warranty

it looks like a interal Failure
