HP Recommended

I recently bought a HP Zbook Fury. I was recommended a care package via the website's chat feature. I tried to register it with the new laptop and an error appeared saying the care pack was not compatible.
I asked for advice on the chat feature where I was told that I needed a different Care Pack to what was recommended. I bought a second pack and was refunded for the first.
The second pack now says:

XK4X23B87G59:
Error: REG024:The supplied Product Number 'XXXX' is not compatible with the supplied Fixed Care Pack.

 

How is this fixed?
