Hello,
Not sure about the certificate of origin. The country of origin can be seen on the PC's box.
You may check here on this website >> https://www.hp.com/gb-en/certifications/technical/regulations-certificates.html
and use the Contact Us button to see the email and contact a special team who provides EU & UK Compliance Declarations (DoC) & Certificates. The team communicates in English language only.
