I changed baseboard of my Notebook PC some while ago; now when I ask for System Information I get: -
HP ProBook 4440s
Product number: ----------
Serial number: ----------
Windows 10 Home 64-bit Version: 18363.476
Whereas the correct system information with original baseboard was: -
HP ProBook 4540s
Product number: D7xxxxx#xxF
Serial number: 2CExxxxxx8
Windows 10 Home 64-bit Version: 18363.476
Is there a way or tool/utility to reprogramme this original baseboard information in the chipset of changed baseboard?
In absence of product and serial numbers HP web production support fails to identify the device, hence no drivers or software!
