Dear HP Team,
Both registered devices HP EliteBook 850 G8: SN: [Personal Information Removed] and SN: [Personal Information Removed] that are connected in to HP docking stations G2 and G5, stops charging for unknown reason.
Unplugging and re-plugging the docking station from the power, as also rebooting the devices, some times resolves the issue.
But since the problem is almost daily now, it has become very annoying.
Both devices as also the docking stations are up to date regarding firmware.
Can you please help with this issue ?
