My Hp ProBook 6570b is having charging and power related issue. Whenever I plug my chager in, it indicates a  faint orange and white like colour at the same. And while trying to power it on, it doesn't power on quickly. I try this with the battery in the laptop and without battery, still it shows the same thing. Also, If I try to unplugged the charger and plug it again, it shows the same indicator colour.
