Product: Probook 455 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My Probook 455 G8 has a USB-C port that supports PD and display port and I want to connect an external monitor with a single cable through this port but I have 2 questions:
1. Can the R5 5600U chip on this laptop output a stable image at 2k 60hz (or 75hz)? I don't play games or do heavy graphics tasks, nor do I plan to use Extended mode most of the time.
2. I wonder what the maximum charging capacity is the C port on this laptop?. I want to use the laptop with power from my monitor via port C but am concerned that not providing enough power may affect the performance of the machine.
Hope someone will answer my question. Thanks
