Product: HP Elite x360 1040 14 inch G11 2-in-1 Notebook PC (8Y1P4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've installed chinese language pack but the handwriting is impossible to activate. As you can see the small icon is not present in chinese but in french, it's there.

When I click Options on Chinese, there's no option to install handwriting:
